What are small, slightly larger than a pencil head, round black bugs, can not count the legs too small, grow quickly?

I have been finding these very small, dark-colored bugs on the ground at the bottom of my cabinets in the kitchen. They seem to be dead, but after sweep and the next day, there are dozens of others. They have small spots, and I thought they were ladybugs baby, but they do resemble not all the pictures I found. Please help, what are they and how do I get rid of?

I would check and see if they look like ticks or fleas or cockroaches. It also depends on where you live .... different bugs thrive in different climates. It could also be a bug excrement. I
